If you would like to read the first part of the series go here.
Once you have reviewed your past, the next step is to
Now that the new year is almost here, use the past’s perspective to visualize where you want to be.
However, do not visualize what that SUCCESS feels like. Studies are now showing that visualizing success actually triggers a relaxation response, making us feel like we don’t have to do the work.
Interesting, huh? The new studies are showing that when you visualize think about the steps to take, not celebrate the success before it happens. You see, the journey is the important part that leads to success. And success changes so why define what it is going to be so soon in the process?
Write down the steps you are visualizing. This will be the start of your roadmap for 2013, and will keep you motivated throughtout the year.
Stay tuned for the next Monday’s Mojo, where I will be sharing more ideas to make it easy to be motivated in the upcoming year.
